StradAcademy featured in Strade & Autostrade
Strade & Autostrade, a leading reference publication for the transport infrastructure and public works sector in Italy, dedicates an in-depth article in issue no. 174 (pages 154–157) to the StradAcademy project. Launched last July on the initiative of ESEM-CPT, the project is developed with the active collaboration of Ronzoni S.r.l. and technical partner Wirtgen Macchine.
The article dedicated to StradAcademy by Strade & Autostrade, a nationally recognised reference publication for the transport infrastructure and public works sector, is now available to readers. StradAcademy is a project established to promote high-level specialist training and a culture of safety effectively applied on road construction sites, promoted by ESEM-CPT and made possible through the active collaboration of Ronzoni S.r.l. and technical partner Wirtgen Macchine S.r.l.
The article, entitled “Road safety and specialist training”, highlights the central role of StradAcademy within the training landscape for the road infrastructure sector, emphasising the strategic importance of on-site training as a concrete tool for prevention and professional development.
Through the contribution of Massimo Oliva, architect and lecturer at ESEM-CPT, a key message clearly emerges—one that Ronzoni fully shares: safety does not stop at regulatory compliance, but is rooted in a daily awareness of risks, developed through training, experience and constant attention to the operational conditions of road worksites.
The feature also outlines the mission of ESEM-CPT by StradAcademy, which is focused on vertical, highly specialised training, operator awareness and the promotion of safety practices that are genuinely applied in the field. Alongside its training programmes, StradAcademy is involved in professional upskilling, training on construction machinery and the development of practical skills, actively contributing to the dissemination of a solid, practical and long-lasting safety culture.
For Ronzoni S.r.l., which hosts both the training courses by StradAcademy, this collaboration represents a tangible commitment to enhancing people and skills, based on the conviction that investing in training means investing in work quality and in the safety of the entire road infrastructure sector.
