SCARIFICATION

The scarification is the set of works aimed at eliminating the masonry present on the road surface: it goes from levelling of surfaces, to removal of coatings from bridges, from the removal of road signs to the removal of rubber, Glue, paint, mastics and substrates, both from the road surface and coatings. To achieve these objectives, the Ronzoni company has equipped itself with a fleet of state-of-the-art machinery of which the milling machine is the undisputed queen. Depending on the scarification work we are called to perform, we can choose between cutters that lead a simple and moderate abrasion, and tracked cutters, able to ensure the complete removal of more important thicknesses.

EXCAVATION AND DEMOLITION

Among the strengths that distinguish the Ronzoni company is the ability to carry out excavations and demolitions in every phase, delivering finished works and including the removal of all waste. Excavation operations are carried out with innovative excavators and machinery suitable for digging deep, even in the most difficult terrain. An essential aspect to ensure full efficiency when it comes to demolitions, excavations, stripping, paving pipes, preparation of foundations and construction of defense works and infrastructure in general.

COMPACTION

Depending on the type of road, the greater or lesser distance and speed, we usually identify which type of bitumen to use, always choosing the latest generation quality materials. We select drainage solutions, safer in case of rain; modified bitumen with colored bitumen handling equipment (Spraying tanks), in the case of urban parks and cycle paths, and where possible, we propose certified ecological asphalts, made from waste tires. The paving is really precise and quality, because it is carried out with attention to every detail thanks to the latest generation compaction rollers.

Bitumen handling equipment (Spraying tanks) are a fundamental component in modern road paving operations. Thanks to these technologies, it is possible to optimize processing times and reduce the environmental impact, ensuring safer roads and more resistant over time.

TRUCKS

We have a fleet of 2-, 3- and 4-axle trucks for the transport of inert and bituminous materials in road works. Thanks to their practicality and load capacity, these means guarantee logistic efficiency, reduction of operating times and maximum reliability on every type of terrain. The variety of vehicles makes it possible to adapt to any site requirement, optimizing the material handling and procurement phases.

ROAD CLEANING

In case of rain, snow and road accidents, but also where a construction site is completed, the Ronzoni company offers a cleaning service that respects the environment and road traffic requirements. Our means for mechanical cleaning are managed by attentive and qualified personnel, whose task is to make the roads suitable for safe passage.
