The company performs road construction and paving works, earth moving, excavation and sewerage works, demolition, earthworks and levelling, bridges and viaducts, building and related construction works, river, defense and hydraulic works, winter services, public green and gardening works, through contracts to public and private entities, both on its own and on behalf of third parties. It is also authorized to sell construction materials and aggregates.

SITEB, Strade ITaliane E Bitume
SITEB, Strade ITaliane E Bitume, is an association that brings together the main players in the road and waterproofing membrane sector. One of the founders of IBEF (International Bitumen Emulsion Federation), SITEB is also a member of ANCE (National Association of Building Constructors), Confindustria (Confederation of Italian Industry), EWA (European Waterproofing Association), AIA-EMAA (European Mastic Asphalt Association), UNI (National Unification Body), AIPCR (Road Association). The association participates in the work of the CEN (European Committee for Standardization) in Technical Committee TC 227 dedicated to the standardization of materials used in the construction of road pavements, collaborates with EAPA (European Asphalt Pavement Association) and is in contact with Eurobitume, the European association of bitumen producers.
ASSIMPREDIL ANCE
Assimpredil Ance is the Association of building construction companies of Milan, Lodi, Monza and Brianza; it is the largest territorial reality of ANCE, the National Association representing construction companies in the Confindustria world. It includes small, medium and large-sized companies operating in urban regeneration, housing, commercial, tertiary and production construction, land safety, infrastructure and public works. It has been a reference association for the development policies of the territorial contexts in which companies have been operating since 1945, and for more than 75 years has been a privileged interlocutor for the construction sector vis-à-vis both the business world and that of public administrations, institutions and national and local stakeholders.
